The ACGC School Board held its annual Reorganizational Meeting on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at the District Office in Grove City. The meeting set the structure and priorities for the Board’s work in the year ahead.
During the meeting, the Board elected officers for 2026. Jeanna Lilleberg was selected as Board Chair, Ryan Buer as Vice Chair, Traci Smith as Board Clerk, and Scott Stafford as Board Treasurer. All officers were elected by acclamation.
The Board also completed several required annual actions. These included designating official depositories and the district’s official newspaper, approving the 2026 regular meeting schedule, and confirming board compensation. Members reaffirmed banking, investment, and purchasing authorities to ensure efficient district operations.
In addition, the Board approved committee assignments and named representatives to regional and state organizations, including the Minnesota School Boards Association and the Minnesota State High School League. These assignments support focused oversight in areas such as finance, facilities, transportation, negotiations, and policy.
The Reorganizational Meeting helps ensure the School Board begins each year with clear leadership, defined roles, and a strong foundation for serving students, staff, and the ACGC community.
